A brief meeting

Okay, it's been confirmed. I only bring rain whenever I come back to my hometown. Since the first day that I came back last week, till today, the temperature have been dropping. It's quite terrible considering that we're in the middle of Spring. There should be more warmth— but I only had dark clouds and drizzling days. Until today- the day that I'm leaving...

Fluffy clouds sailed a crossed the sky and the sun finally hangs up high for the President of Singapore to make his way to visit my hometown. To commemorate the 50 years of relationship between Singapore and France (SG50 woohoo), the President of Singapore had spent a week in France. One of the last stops, is here— at my little hometown. Families gathered around for a handshake and a greeting. My timid self, couldn't bear to ask for a perfectly poised photo, but never the less, I got a photo with the President's wife. Then, they left with their convoy for lunch, while we were allowed to enjoy a variety of amuse-bouche. The meeting was a short and sweet one. An interesting interaction with a bit of Singaporean flavor is always a good idea.

Now, I'd still need to dream for an air ticket to drop from the sky to send me home for a short reunion!
