Ports and Sunset
Alright a break from Tokyo, all these rain, grey skies and rising Seine levels are so depressing, until today, a tiny bit of sun and warmth...
Back to my small little Bassin d'Arcachon in May (uh-humm)... Some of you readers would probably be bored of these imagery already, but I just can't help falling in love with my hometown every time I come back home from Paris. But well, I went back to play tour guide for Cherrie! Kids these days travel so much, makes me feel like a hermit staying in my tiny apartment all the time. It's a sign of old age. Believe it or not, I wanted an authentic pilot bomber way before it became a hot fashion item. So I finally got it, from a pilot himself— that explains why it's so huge, plus I added some newer and cooler stickies than anyone could get from boutiques :P #proudtobeasingaporean
This year's summer is late again. I mean I'm not sure about the temperatures down south-west. But Paris, it's cold like hell. I mean, it's JUNE already, I should be dressing in tees and shorts. As I have turned into the God of Rain, no doubt it'd rain whenever I go home... Almost lost the opportunity to climb the Dune for my poor tourist! We still managed to take the tourists' entrance/ a.k.a climbing the stairs. With the wet sand, it was easier to climb... but that cost you an additional charge of 4€ per entry per car during low-peak season. Say tourists, say #photobombers ! I can't say I didn't giggle while making those gifs #giphypower
So voila, enjoy the visual tour. I'm sure I'd come back again this July cuz more cousins would be visiting which I'd probably go to the same places again :P
